Important Information on COVID-19 + Total U Reopening Protocol

Hello gorgeous, welcome back! We hope this finds you healthy and well amidst all that is going on. As we begin to reopen our doors, note the changes we have made and will continue to make to best service you during the developments of C-19.  Operating under the premise of keeping your safety, as well as that of our staff, at the highest levels of priority, we sincerely appreciate you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during these unprecedented times. 

Operation | Sanitation Guidelines 

  • Appointments 

    • We have always operated by Appointment Only and will continue doing so.

    • All appointment services must be paid for in full at time of booking. We are able to process your designated gratuity at this time as well.

    • Only one (1) person is allowed at each appointment- no exceptions. No children or guests will be allowed inside of the treatment studio with you, as it is prepared only for the person receiving service at the appointed scheduled time.

    • Upon arrival, please wait in your car and text us at 678.744.6937 with your name and appointment time. We will respond as soon as we are able, so be kind, patient and understanding that we may either be in service with the client preceding you or in the process of thoroughly cleaning + sanitizing our space to receive you. Please do not attempt to enter our building until we are ready for you.

    • Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times. This includes you and our staff. If you are receiving a facial or spray tan service, we will instruct you on when and how to remove your mask during your service treatment.

    • Thorough + Regular hand-washing is a requirement. We will therefore, have available upon your arrival, hand sanitizer and/or a healthier alternative of 2.5pH Water (a high acidic water level that functions as an effective and non-chemical laden anti-bacterial cleanser). All clients are required to use upon entering our studio.

    • All appointments are spaced out to minimize the number of people in our building at a time, and a bit longer time-wise to allow for deeper cleaning + sanitation between each service.  

    • Temperatures will be checked for each client being serviced and staff member working using a touchless thermometer.

    • All clients are required to sign a COVID-19 waiver upon entering our studio and prior to every scheduled service.

    • If you are displaying any signs of illness or may be worried about getting sick yourself, we ask that you please stay home for the safety and well-being of yourself and our staff.

  • Retail | Cash Handling 

    • We are moving to become a Cash-Free Business. Please ensure you provide your card details you desire to pay with when scheduling your appointment. For your peace of mind, we use a trusted, secured POS (point of sale) system (Square) that will safely house your information on file.  

    • All Retail Sales Are Final. For your convenience, you may also order online in advance for pick-up during your scheduled appointment time, curbside pick-up, or drop-ship delivery.

    • Gift Cards are the perfect gift. Consider gifting one of our electronic gift cards to a friend or family member to experience Total U!

Previous Bookings | Scheduling Credits

  • Previous Bookings + Membership and Series Scheduling

    • Any appointment previously scheduled and cancelled in mid-March to present due to the virus pandemic, will be honored for rescheduling between now and December 31, 2020 without any penalty.

    • If you purchased a membership or series package program, we did not charge you between March 18th - June 30th. 

    • If you were in the middle of a membership or series package service, we kept record of your services received and will honor the remaining services between now and December 31, 2020 without any penalty.
